No violations during this inspection! No food was being served during this inspection, since the carts were not running today. The Food Service Protection Manager, Mike Thrasher was present earlier in the day and then sent home due to no carts running. The Person In Charge, Shea Ghostman, is working on his Food Protection Manager Certificate and has been employeed at this establishment less than 30 days. Provide this certificate during the next and any future inspections. |
